eTranslation provides machine translation capabilities for digital services through an API (Application Programming Interface) (machine-to-machine use). European and national public administrations, or cross-border EU projects supported from the CEF programme can integrate eTranslation in their digital services to guarantee support in all the languages of the European countries participating in the CEF programme. A typical use case is as follows:
You are a system supplier of a DSI or any other public online service.
You would like to enable users of your online service to use it in their own language.
Integrate the machine translation service within the system/service you supply by connecting through the Application Programming Interface (API) provided by web services to automatically request machine translations.
You can translate your online content into the language your users speak.
