Providers of LT tools/services who are not yet listed in the Catalogue are requested to contact DGT-ETRANSLATION-ADVISORY[at] or fill in this form. 2. Upon receipt of a valid complaint, the tool/service record will be temporarily removed from the Catalogue pending an agreed solution.
  3. CEF AT Tools and Services will contact the individual or organisation who filed the complaint within ten working days from the reception of a valid complaint.
