The Synapse chatbot can be used as as UI for the Synapse search engine, facilitating information retrieval. It analyzes documents and it automatically generates all possible questions and answers on these documents. It is then able to answer any question relating to the content of the documentation, by directing the user to the page in which he can obtain more details.
The service is offered as a SaaS or it can be deployed on premise.
