Geneea Interpretor is a Natural Language Processing platform for text analytics. It analyzes large ammounts of texts, such as customer feedback, news articles, social media posts, blogs, e-mails or legal documents.
Four types of public APIs are available:
General API: general purpose NLP, i.e., detecting language, names, sentiment etc. in documents
Media API: semantic tagging of newspaper articles
VoC API: analyzing customer feedback, or routing and analysis of customer support
Intent Detection:detecting intent in chat turns; primarily aimed to handle common L1 questions
