Speech recognition that handles natural spoken text fast and reliably due to semantic analyses and profound linguistic know-how. Recognised data will be analysed and, with the help of semantic post-processing, structured and entered automatically into your preferred target domain.

Typical applications include

  1. CRM: sales reps to enter spoken customer data, reports, orders etc. by mobile phone into their CRM, and later access this information in the same way.
  2. Patient data: doctors and physicians to voice enter medical data into EMR by mobile phone or iPad. Information will generate patient records for further workflow processing.
  3. Listing: retailer annual stocktaking by phone: spoken information will directly be entered into the system triggering appropriate action (e. g. stock administration, re-order, …)
  4. Ordering: craftsmen to voice input material lists into their ERP thus immediately initiating stock review, reservation, supply chain orders
