Algoritmų sistemos applies voice biometrics technology for personal identification via telephone channels, to create a self-service access to the service resource (information systems). This solution works together with other remote authentication methods, such as, authorization via the Internet or digital signature. The system can be used in call centers, security and defense services and organizations that use audio archives and databases. It can be integrated with business management, customer service programs and other functions.
