The system is able to automatically detect the existence of "personal data" and then proceed to apply methods of anonymisation (masking) according to standard rules and / or customizable by the user. The module was designed to support the IT department (Chief Information Officer) but, it can also be used by business users (Chief Data Officer, Chief Security Officer, Data Protection Officer, Chief Risk Officer, ...). The system performs personal data identification on:

• structured data (only if ESPLORES CORE is installed)
• files (only if ESPLORES FILES & Go is installed)
• unstructured data (only if ESPLORES TEXT PROCESSING is installed)

According to the provider, a series of specific functionalities support the application of the provisions of GDPR regulation.
