OpenText™ AI and Analytics offers a comprehensive set of AI and analytics tools that help enterprises overcome data challenges and take advantage of AI technologies for improved decision making, automation and business optimization.
The suite includes OpenText™ Magellan™, a unified open source platform, as part of the OpenText Cloud editions. It provides insights to structured and unstructured data stored in enterprise data management platforms, through data visualization, reports and dashboards. The Magellan Text Mining module provides emotion analysis, enabling eight emotions (anger, anticipation, disgust, fear, joy, sadness, surprise, and trust) to be identified and then classified from text, and sentiment analysis. It offers dedicated natural language processing and additional annotators out of the box for ten languages, including English, German, and Spanish, and supports basic concept and named entity extraction for 25 others.
