Neticle's text analysis API converts data from unstructured to structured with a sentiment and semantic analysis toolkit for in-house corporate use. The system is keyword based which means you can add keywords and their synonyms. It will find every text that contains the given word and analyse it based on the keyword's context. It performs the following tasks:
Sentiment analysis: It automatically recognizes whether a text's sentiment is positive, negative or neutral.
Automated entity recognition: You can see which persons, names, brands, places and attitudes are found in the texts.
Keyword oriented analysis: Add any keyword to Neticle Text Analysis and it will show you how frequently that word appeared in the texts, how positive or the negative its context is and much more.
Gender recognition: The gender of the texts' authors is identified by username or first name.
Automated tagging: The connecting topics in the texts will be automatically recognised.
Language recognition: The system recognizes the texts' language automatically.
