The Synapse search engine retrieves information from scattered, unstructured data (FAQ, tutorials, user manuals, diagrams, Web pages, PDF files, images, videos etc.). The search engine is cross-lingual, supporting 30 languages. The documents archive can be modified by editing, adding or deleting any document. The engine detects these changes and automatically updates its knowledge base.
The service is offered as a SaaS or it can be deployed on premise.
