Dialogue is intended for service- and customer-oriented organizations that use the Internet to communicate with the customer. Dialogue works as a two-way conversation. On your website, the customer gives the 'virtual web assistant' a question, some separate words or even a story. If sufficient information is available, the assistant will immediately present related answers and check whether they are correct. If not, he / she kindly asks the customer a question again, until a usable document is found. The system is suitable for both visitors to the website and internal helpdesk employees. Two user interfaces ensure that usage is optimized for both groups.

Dialogue currently works with six languages ​​- German, English, French, Italian, Dutch and Spanish.
